2. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relationship between Paeyseon and any person making a purchase on the site. Any order implies full acceptance of these GTC.

The products offered are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs have no contractual value. Items are available while stocks last.

4. Price

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs.
Paeyseon reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products are invoiced based on the price in effect at the time of the order.

5. Order

Validation of the order constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
Paeyseon reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute or suspicion of fraud.

6. Payment

Payment is made via:

  • Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact)

  • PayPal

Payment is secure and is made in full when ordering.

7. Delivery

Delivery area: European Union.
Indicative delivery times: maximum 5 working days from dispatch.
Delivery costs are indicated when ordering.
Paeyseon cannot be held responsible for delays due to the carrier.

8. Right of withdrawal & returns

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification.
Returns are accepted if:

  • The product is new, unworn/unused, in its original packaging.

  • Personalized or hygiene products (cosmetics, worn jewelry) are not refundable.

Return procedure:
Customer contacts Paeyseon at [email] to obtain the return address.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error by Paeyseon.

Refunds are made within 14 days of receipt of the returned items.

9. Legal guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects provided for by articles L217-4 and following of the Consumer Code.

10. Liability

Paeyseon cannot be held responsible for any damage related to the use of the Internet network (loss of data, intrusion, virus, etc.).

11. Intellectual Property

All elements of the site (texts, images, logo, design) are the exclusive property of Paeyseon and are protected by copyright.

12. Personal data

The information collected is necessary for processing the order and will never be transmitted to unauthorized third parties.
In accordance with the GDPR, the customer has the right to access, modify and delete their data.

13. Applicable law and disputes

These T&Cs are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, jurisdiction will be assigned to the competent French courts.
